ForteBank signed the agreement on sale of 100% shares of Bank Kassa Nova

ForteBank announced signing of the agreement on sale of 100% shares of Bank Kassa Nova to FREEDOM FINANCE Investment Company. The transaction should be completed by the end of 2020 after receipt of approval from the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as other required consents.
