### Условия соглашения

Направляя Электронную заявку, пользователь соглашается со следующими правилами:

• с условиями обработки и использования своих персональных данных согласно Закону Республики Казахстан «О персональных данных и их защите» No 94-V от 21.05.2013 года;

• с тем, что обработка его электронной заявки осуществляется в рабочее время, при этом, Банк может также давать обратную связь по заявке в выходные и праздничные дни.

• с тем, что самостоятельно будет проверять статус обработки поданной Электронной заявки и не будет иметь претензий к Банку, если по техническим причинам (включая, но не ограничиваясь: недозвон, сбой в работе оператора связи и т.д.) не получится связаться с ним для обработки поданной заявки и/или информировании о результате рассмотрения заявки.
