ForteBank strives to minimize its carbon footprint and other harmful emissions into the atmosphere by increasing efficiency of use of electric power and fuel. Within the framework of sustainable development and rational use of natural resources, ForteBank conducts modernization of equipment and implementation of modern resource-saving technologies. 

In 2023 ForteBank conducted the first estimation of the greenhouse gases emission (Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3). Measurement and accounting of the volume of such emissions is carried out on an annual basis.

Within the framework of the ecological initiative, ForteBank regularly hands over wastepaper for recycling. This allows us to decrease the environmental load and supports responsible resource consumption.

### Условия соглашения

Направляя Электронную заявку, пользователь соглашается со следующими правилами:

• с условиями обработки и использования своих персональных данных согласно Закону Республики Казахстан «О персональных данных и их защите» No 94-V от 21.05.2013 года;

• с тем, что обработка его электронной заявки осуществляется в рабочее время, при этом, Банк может также давать обратную связь по заявке в выходные и праздничные дни.

• с тем, что самостоятельно будет проверять статус обработки поданной Электронной заявки и не будет иметь претензий к Банку, если по техническим причинам (включая, но не ограничиваясь: недозвон, сбой в работе оператора связи и т.д.) не получится связаться с ним для обработки поданной заявки и/или информировании о результате рассмотрения заявки.
